Alle Preise sind in Euro pro Apartment pro Nacht, ausgehend vom Standard Anzahl Gäste für jedes Apartment.

Minimum 7 Nächte und danach pro extra Tag möglich.

Extra Gäste sind möglich mit eine extra Bezahlung von €.6 pro Nacht pro extra Gast.

Appartement 1 ist standard passend für 4 Personen, 4 extra Gästen sind möglich bis maximum 8 Personen.

Appartement 2 ist standard passend für 4 Personen, 2 extra Gästen sind möglich bis maximum 6 Personen.

Appartement 3 ist standard passend für 2 Personen, 3 extra Gästen sind möglich bis maximum 5 Personen.

Appartement 3 ist standard passend für 2 Personen, 3 extra Gästen sind möglich bis maximum 5 Personen.

All prices mentioned are including towls 2 x a week and clean bedlinnen 1 x a week.

Discount when staying longer :

In all seasons, except in highseason, You wil get a price reduction if You stay a longer period:

If You stay a minimum of 4 weeks, You will get a discount of 10 %.

If You stay a minimum of 6 weeks, You will get a discount of 15 %.

If You stay a minimum of 8 weeks, You will get a discount of 20 %.

Price-example:  2 months stay in apartment 3 in february/march will cost:  58 days á 40 = 2320 - 20% discount  =  1856 Euro.

Transport from and to Faro airport :

We have the possibility to  arrange your transport from or to Faro Airport with our Ford Transit Van.

This will cost €.40,= per ride. (4 people can travel in our Ford Van with a lot of luggage.

Car-rental :

We can arrange a rentalcar for you at a nice price. You can pick up the car at the airport and leave it there when you return. Prices a variable and depend on the season. E.g. for a simple car €.100,= per week (in winter/lowseason), and going upwards to around €.350,= per week in highseason/summer. Of course it's also possible to rent a car for only one or a few days. We are glad to arrange this quick and easily for you.

In wintermonths november, december, january en february gas and electricity are being charged extra if you use more than normal. In these months extra heating is sometimes needed, especially in the evenings and night to avoid humidity. For this purpose you can use gasheating or electrical heating in your apartment. We have extra metering in all apartments to control the usage. For people who want to stay in the Algarve during wintermonths (overwintering), you make a very good choice and certainly will have a good experience in Casa da Palmeira. Thousands of people from all over the world come to the Algarve to enjoy the nice weather and leaving cold winters behind in their home countries. During the daytime temperature is mostly around 20 degrees if their are no clouds in the way, and that is the case most of the time. In the sun with no wind, temperature can go up tot + 25 degrees. Night are colder ofcourse (around 10-15 degrees).

Possibility for warm food in our home :                    

A few days per week it is possible to eat with us. You can have a warm meal (dinner) with drinks. Margareth loves to cook and those who have eaten here, always compliment here on the tasty food. Good quality and enough for everyone. Please ask two days upfront, costs are €.10,= each person, including 2 glasses of wine or fresh drinks.

We have 8 bikes , which you can rent for only €.2,= per bike per 4 hours. In this way you can see Lagos and its nice surroundings.

It's also possible to rent a mobile cellphone for only €. 4,= per week. With this "handy" You can call much cheaper to your home-country then with Your own phone (mostly that is). You pay the amount that You used. In most cases a phonecall is +50% cheaper.

bookings:

If you want to book one of our apartments, You can mail, call or write us. You can look at the availability-page and check to see if the apartment is still free in your favourite period. If that is the case we will send you a confermation (rental-contract). You then have to pay 30% of the rent-amount. When we receive your money in the bank, your booking is definite. You will get a confirmation again on receiving the money. You sign and return the rental-contract. At the latest 6 weeks before the rental-date, You have to pay the remaining 70% of the rental-price and also €.75,= as caution money. After receiving this amount you will get a confirmation from us. Whitin 4 weeks after your rental period you will receive the caution money back to your bankaccount, under deduction of missing or broken items. We will check this with you on the last day of your stay in Casa da Palmeira. We always use our rental-conditions, You can read them here . EasyJet  http://www.easyjet.com  (tel: 020-568 4880) is also interesting, because they fly You to Faro at a low price. Departures are from Bristol, Londen Luton, en Londen Stansted.

From Bristol to Faro monday till friday once a day and in the weekends twice a day.

Londen Luton to Faro every day of the week one time.

Londen Stansted to Faro once a day in the week and twice a day on saterday. Starting 15. April every day of the week twice.

RyanAir
